1) what according to you  is Bpo?

a) Bpo stands for business processing outsourcing. the reason why i want to see myself placed in a bpo is it is the fastest growing sector and many of friends refered me to try in bpo's.

2) why do you want to enter into bpo's? 

a) Actually after my graduation i'm really confused to select my path but with the help of my friends and the knowledge i have gathered from the internet  i came to know the carrier perspective in the bpo's and the growth in bpo's. so i tuned my mind to select my path in bpo's.

3) where do you want to see yourself after 5 years from now?

a) 5 to 6 years from now if i am able to fulfill all the expectations of the company. I would love to see myself atleast as a good teamlead.

4) what is your salary expectations?

a) As a freshers i am only interested to grab a job and salary is really not a priority for me.

5) Would you like to write a bond for our company?

a) Of course, i am ready.

6) How long you will stay with our company?

a) I came here not only for a job but also for a long term carrier. I dont think i can switch the job within 3 years.

7) What you do if you face  a webcam issue?

a) if i face a webcam issue, first i will try to diagnose the source of the problem. that is i'll check  the drivers first even though. if i face the same issue, i'll try to check the hardware.
